1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Graphite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
3. Subscription and Billing
Graphite offers Free, Researcher ($8/month), and Professor ($30/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. LLM call add-on purchases ($5/100 calls) expire after 3 months.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; (c) upload content that infringes intellectual property rights; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service; (e) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content (summaries, metadata extraction, tag suggestions) may contain errors and should be verified. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
