General
Q: What is the maximum uploadable file size?
A: You can upload PDF files up to 50MB.
Q: What if the PDF is an image scan?
A: Docling will extract text as much as possible, but accuracy depends on the quality of the original PDF.
Q: What about data privacy?
A: Uploaded papers and notes are only accessible from your account.
Q: Bookmarklet doesn't work
A: Disable popup blocker or allow Graphite domain in browser settings.
Q: Processing takes time
A: For large PDFs or complex layouts, processing may take several minutes. Please wait.
Pricing & Billing
Q: What happens when I reach my paper limit?
A: You won't be able to upload new papers until you upgrade your plan or delete existing papers to make room.
Q: Do unused AI calls roll over?
A: Monthly AI calls reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, purchased addon calls remain valid for 3 months.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing portal. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Q: What's included in the 30-day trial?
A: Free users get 30 days of Researcher-level features including batch uploads. After the trial, some features become restricted.
